Points to consider... Cancellations: We require twenty-four hours notice of cancellation for spa services and packages. If less than twenty-four hours notice is given, your credit card or gift certificate will be charged 50% off the missed service. Credit Cards: We accept Visa & MasterCard Gift Certificates: Les Beaux Vous requires a presentation of any gift certificates being used as payment for services. It is our policy to not honor lost gift certificates. Please treat them as you would cash. Prices: All prices are subject to change. Protection: During hair services, please use the smocks provided. We will not replace damaged clothing worn during these services. Punctuality: We strive for perfection and do everything to ensure that your appointment times are met. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment, it may be necessary to shorter your service or reschedule your appointment. Referral Program: Ask about our referral program.
